Mold damage in Elkhart county

This homeowner had been staying with a friend for some time only coming to check on his house a couple times a week and did not notice water had leaked into the basement. By the time the homeowner noticed the water, mold had already made the basement home. The water ended up being about 3 inches deep and penetrated into the cavities of the walls. We removed the drywall 2 foot up and treated the mold. Most of the contents were a total loss. They were covered in mold and rusted. The homeowner estimated he had last been in the basement a month ago.
